    Doule Jacketed tanks

    Hello
I need a formula to calculate the Ton refrigerant to cool down some liquid from 22 c to 10 c in a double jacketed tank. The cooling media is water. I need to calculate the chiller capacity needed for this process.
    Thanks

    Welcome to the forum Omar.

To be able to calculate' please add a few parameters:
    - What is the mass? kg, ton?
    - Area of heat exchanging? sq/m.
    - insulation? Thickness and material.
    - No. of cooling circuits?

The more details you supply [pictures are always helpful] the easiest it will be to help you.
