hi guys hope you can help run light comes on timer flashes 6 times seemingly error of signal transmission, have 240v on terminals 1 and 2 at the outdoor unit but only 16v dc on the third cable ? should this be 24v ? seems indoor or outdoor pcb or maybe transformer how can i identify the exact cause ?

hmm found the full manual seemingly 0-12vdc on the third cable is the norm ? sounding like the outside unit pcb which ive been quoted £160 for ouch helpppppppppppppppppp
