    Tamir,
Tell us a bit more about system.
Does it lose oil when running, or if cycled off?
What type of oil separator/s does it have, any coalescer type, is oil return working?
    Is it getting floodbacks?
Is it a new system, has it worked OK in the past?

    A few pictures etc

    HI Ranger,

    its a climaveneta Italian chiller.
Yes its losing oil only when running, when the compressor shuts down the oil returns after a few minutes.
It has an internal oil separator (you can see in the pictures).
this compressor got a tiny overhaul , bearings and gasket replaced.

    the system worked fine before.

    Many Thanks

    Most likely issues;
    - Lack of refrigerant
    - Poorly adjusted EEV/TEV
    - Oil line/flow issues

    Hi Viking

I check all the above and they are fine.
Its the weirdest thing, the compressor can run 10 minutes and lose the oil or it can happen after 7 hours...

Its runing on r134a with solest170 oil..

Any chance that an jamed oil filter can cause the issue?

    Tamir,
What about to much refrigerant washing oil out!
Check out expansion valve & bulb etc, superheat, liquid line solenoid, filter drier, water flow.
