    New Zealand EarthQuake.

Spare a thought for the residents and tourists of New Zealand.
We have several R.E. members there including Magoo, Goober and Mad F. There are others i can't recall.
Mad Fridgie in Christchurch would have been the closest to the epicenter.

Remember, 5 years ago the City of Christchurch suffered a severe Earthquake. Best wishes.

Did not feel it in Auckland, happened just after mid night Sunday. Two deaths, roads and railway totally trashed, will be years to repair. The Capital City Wellington got hammered as well, glass falling out of Hi Rise buildings, and a pancaked floor in a building.
Earth quakes are a fact of life here. You never get used to them, still scare the living daylight out of person.

Lots of info on here. My old apprentice emigrated to NZ some 20 years ago (I think it was to get away from me lol)
