    Air Cooling Systems

Hi, I'd like to know that how much electricity is consumed by the air cooling systems?

How long is a piece of string?

It all depends on whether you switch it on or not.

    Re: Air Cooling Systems

"From Free Cooling" to less than 0.8 kW/hr
Although some Japanese manufacturers quote figures of >3 for electrical input to kW output of cooling load I usually find this figure is total crap when measured as an actual value. They based there figures on the ultimate conditions at a split second of measurement and this is totally fictional in the dynamic changing real world.
(anyone who questions this go fit an environmental monitor to your equipment) SEER's etc. total baloney!

Nothing in life is free, so assume you get 1:1 and when you get some annual savings from annual operational hours & COP of your system you will not hate your air conditioned area.
I love the smell of Ammonia in the morning!
