    Daikin system UE fault!

    Hey guys,

    I have a daikin system,
    Outdoor-reyq10m7w1b (x2)
    Indoor- fxq100mve (x7)
All with individual bc boxes and linked to a itouch main controller.

I have recently canged a fan motor on one indoor unit off the back of another engineers diagnosis. Isolated indoor unit changed siezed fan motor then switched power back on. Have had a constant UE fault ever since.
Also the new motor is getting boiling hot so seems like its getting constant power from pcb? But not running? My whole system is down and would like to get it up and running even without the 1 faulty indoor unit.
Tried a all power reset and an outdoor reset but still no luck.
    Any ideas?
    Thanks!

UE = Comms issue with one or more indoor unit.

You have replaced the fan motor but the new one doesn't run it only gets hot?
And there is a comms issue?

Most likely the PCB in that indoor unit is no longer operational.

Sometimes when the motor fails it causes damage to the PCB. Just hope that the damaged PCB has not caused reversed damage to the new fan motor!

The stalled motor draws a heavy current from the PCB and could have damaged the Daikin PCB so the renewed won't start. How many wires does this new motor has? Voltage input to it? Try changing the pcb.
I maintain, everything I have, myself.
