    Daikin Ducted FCU

Has anybody had any issues with Daikin FDQ 250 B units? We installed 180 last year, and have recurring issues with Condensate leaks. We've tried everything obvious. Water is getting into the fan section, and leaking out (obviously).

Have you installed traps on the drains and are they sized correctly for the static pressure of the FCU's?

That seems strange as the fan section is behind the coil so should be at a lower pressure than the outlet

If the condensate is flowing back it must be because there is excessive condensate.

Possible causes are lack of drainage or cracked drain pan

Isn't the fan section in front of the coil on the 250, therefore you would need to trap the drain?
