Sprinkler going off during dry out

We have a high traffic small Sq footage freezer in my facility that tends to build up ice quickly. Door opening and shutting 3 to 4 times every 10 min 5 days a week 24hr a day. I have tried to dry out the freezer on down days to have a sprinkler head pop that is close to the door twice now. I have read that if ice builds up on the dry head and it doesn't thaw evenly it will break every time. Is there a good way to do that if anyone knows. Heads are rated 286 F.
