    Heat reclaim capacity and CFM

    Hi everyone,
I’m working on the design of a supermarket refrigeration system, and I have some questions about heat reclaim capacity, flow rate and air velocity.

1- How can I calculate the heat capacity required of a 10000 ft2 area (One section of the store)
2- How can I calculate the flow rate of air fresh and recirculated air in this area?
3- How can I determinate the velocity of air?

    Refrigeration data:
MT compressors capacity: 800 000 Btuh
BT Compressors Capacity: 260 000 Btuh
    Refrigerant: R404A
    Ambient design temperature: 105 F

    Thank you in advance!

If you are having to ask these questions then I would suggest that you should not be 'designing' such a system. You should be studying.

    Hi Brian,
    Thank you for your answer.
Of course, I' m designing refrigeration system and asking about HVAC.
Have you an answer for my question?
