Vhac filter access points?

Hi all
I have had a callout because a vhac is leaking through the sides where the belly pan is situated. Im pretty sure this is due to blocked filters. My problem is design, the access points are at
The sides of the unit and are tightly hung between two walls 🙄. Is it possible to remove the filters through the bottom of the units if i remove the panels?

I need a heads up, as i will have to arrange for ceiling grid to be removed.
