Hubbard on a sprinter giving me grief

Got one of these on a sprinter panel van driving me crazy,it started out with a seized road compressor flushed the system as best as I could it works great until it's close to being fully charged this scenario is on standby,stripped it down found debris in the check valves all cleaned now it seems to hunt when it's close to being fully charged,expansion valve changed etc it seems to vibrate when this problem occurs?

Has it got a overspeed clutch 404 two pipe 3 or 4 series ?

No it only does urban work year 07,,the issue is when it's on overnight 404a refrigerant

Has it got a cpr I've had 07 08 hubbard they done away with cpr valve ..........on stby or high engine revs to much suction pressure shake like a bag of nails
