    Help with Dakin!!



    We have been changing the tank pumps on Dakin in door units.... So been switch the indoors off doing the work and then switching them back on but the units are not cooling or heat nothing the power is there but sone do anything else.... What am I missing tryed turning the outdoor unit off and back on but still nothing

    Make sure that you have connected the tank pump across live and neutral and not across the data connection.

    Defo in live and neutral and no fault codes it's connected to a Bms but been on the phone and they can't see any problem

    Is it power to outdoor? Did you isolate the main incoming power when changing the pumps?
    If not check the control fuses on the indoor and outdoor pcbs

    Outdoor fed unit but indoor units have a fused spur on them and they are switched off when the pump is changed all units have power ones work is carried one but just won't cool/heat

    Do you need to kill power to outdoor and indoors and essentially reboot the system?
    Mostly found in the southern part of this green and pleasant land.
