Samsung air cooler problem
Hi,
I own a Samsung AQV12UGAN air cooler. Yesterday I had a power cut due to thunder.
Now my unit have to LEDs (smart saver and programming) flickering.
From what I've read, I need to reset the unit with a code to enter on the remote.
I have found a code in this thread : http://www.refrigeration-engineer.co...t=option+codes
But it don't work.
Code should be like this : XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX XX
Can anyone help me with this code please ?

Re: Samsung air cooler problem
Not all 20 digits are used.
Have you read the manual?

Re: Samsung air cooler problem
Thanks.
Yes I've read it, but it says 20 of 24 digits are used.
And there is no code for AQV12UGAN is their tab.
So I still don't know what code should I use...

Re: Samsung air cooler problem
Hi Pesos, AQV-12UGAN option code is 547677d23d You just program this straight into the controller - do not miss out any digits. Good Luck - let us know how you get on. If you need a service manual p.m. me Regards Loops

Re: Samsung air cooler problem
Thanks but I already tried this code and I can't get it to work. Maybe I use the wrong method...
I enter the code like 54 76 77 d2 3d and I press ON. But nothing happens...

Re: Samsung air cooler problem
No problem - I think you'll have the service manual by now too.
It seems method you are using is very nearly correct - just this:-
You must press the on\off button two times - I think you hear a 'drring chime' on first press, then a single 'ping' on second press.
