Hansen auto purger
Hansen auto purger has quit purging. I have replaced the 30 psi check valve thinking it was my problem. When I leave the high pressure liquid line open and close my foul gas line the pressure drops all the way down to 0 and the purger try's to purge. When the foul gas line is closed it's only supposed to drop by 20 to 30 PSI. I was sure it's was the 30 psi leaking but after replacing it twice I'm still having the same problem.anyone encountered this before. No other check valve is leaking by. And all of my solenoids are working properly. All of my frost lines are correct

What model do you have & does it flash any faults if not a NEAP type.

Had a problem once & was as simple as low ammonia level in liquid receiver could not prime purger 100%.

Had similar problems with multi point purger, doing all sorts of weird things. Ended up being leaking / non sealing solenoid valves, re-kitted them and problem solved
