    Panasonic H11 - CS-E24GKR

    Fellas,

Got a H11 fault, interconnect is fine - double checked. Outdoor measures 40VDC disconnected from indoor, 2VDC when connected - indoor PCB faulty yeah? Replaced both power board and control board and still have the same symptoms....

Anyone with a bit more experience with panasonics know what could be going on? Vane motors work and fan also work if it matters.

    Thanks

If you have replaced both pcb's in indoor unit ans still same error than it must be oudoor pcb. I have the same problem with panasonic cu-re12jkx-1 but don't have any parts and outdoor pcb is too expensive .Maybe you can try to unplug sensors in indoor unit ,some times they block the pcb in a way that it shows a different error.

H11 relates to the inverter compressor operation or inverter PCB.
First check comp windings :- are the readings balanced between terminals and open circuit to earth? Yes & No respectively hopefully.
Then check compressor start current - these are soft start (approx 0.5to 1.0 Amp). If drawing 10+ Amps then PCB OK but seized compressor.
