    Hello. Please help

Hi everyone, I'm on here in the hope someone can give me some advice.

I'm starting a new takeaway business in my town but having trouble with my walk in chiller. Previous occupants were using okay apparently.

    It's a Thermomax Coltrec RCX 100.
Can't get it to cool down. Sits at 15℃, when the temp starts to drop then the fan cuts off.. temp then rises again.
I'm not familiar with the operation of this unit..

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

It doesn't sound like it is working correctly, possibly short of refrigerant, depending on how the RCX 100 is programmed it can cycle the fans on evaporator temperature, not enough refrigerant can mean the evaporator is too warm for the fans to run. Could also be a faulty evaporator temperature sensor, or indeed many other things. Best get it looked at by someone who knows what they are doing.
