    Dixel XC 911 M - unknown alarm code A12

    Hi everybody!

    I am a new member, working at meat industry "ZP Komerc" Bosnia and Herzegovina, so first of all, I would like to say hallo to all the members.

    As it is written in the title, we have an unknown alarm code A12 displayed on our Dixell XC 911 M.

    The code officially does not exist as is not listed in its manual, so this is the fist time such a strange thing has ever happened to me.

    I will be very grateful if anybody has an idea what is going on.
