Mitsi ae200 showing units in fault but no fault code

I have recently changed an mj180 to an ae200 central controller.
The ae200 has 2 ew50 expansion boards connected.
Everything is working fine except their are about 10 units that are showing on the screen that they are in fault and arnt operating, however when you click the alarm log their are no faults for these units. When I open the outdoor unit covers they are ready to go and have no alarms up, can anyone shed some light on this.

You might have to perform a Virgin restart to clear the faults.

When you go into log, you have communication error on one icon and unit error on the other. Are you sure you don't have any faults in the communication icon?

Turned out that the voltage in the mnet had dropped to 23volts dc from the ae200 to the outdoor units.
Fitted a booster pack to bring the voltage to 30vdc and the units started working.
For anyone that is wondering to do a virgin restart
You power down outdoors- bc boxes and indoors
Switch 2- switch on dip 3 and 2
    Power up the unit
Wait until 1 is displayed on outdoor
Power down and put dipswitches back to normal
Wait 10 minutes power up indoor outdoor and bc boxes
