    Engine room Exhaust fan

Is there a test I can do to verify the CFM on my engine room fans?

    Yes,

Using an anemometer you get the velocity of the air in the duct (or, if ductless, you have to make a funnel like hood out of cardboard or MDF to channel the air through) then you just multiply the velocity with the area of the duct (or opening of your funnel) and you have your CFM.
For example, if air is moving at 1 ft/s through a 1 square foot hole then you are moving 60 CFM (1 x 1 x 60=60)
