    Compressor cooling capacity

Compressor manufacturers provide data like mechanical power and cooling capacity. Does anyone know, how they calculate that cooling capacity? I mean it is obvious that cooling capacity will depend on temperatures of suction and discharge sides, thus maybe there are any standard temperatures for calculating this.
