What kind of fans are used in blast chillers?

The bigger the air flow the greater the duty provided the Evap is sized correctly of course>

Some of the cheaper cabinets use a multifit with a higher spin speed and capacitor cabs like foster use a high spin speed four pole guard mount available from all the above or abl or most wholesalers in uk in Germany pasp or wholesalers I pressume ta charlie

Good point made Charlie, here was I thinking of Industrial Blast Chillers.
But as you eloquently point out there is a whole range of Catering sized ones!
