I'm wondering who does the facilities and fridges for the following

Also
Lidl
Cost cuter
Mc Donald's
Burger King

Just looking for another job in commercial fridge that's all

Costcutter, McDonald's and Burger King are franchises; the owner of the business is responsible for sourcing engineers. I've done a fair few of all 3 in my area.

These companies do have a "black book" provided by the franchise companies with preferred suppliers, and from memory for McDonald's and Burger King that is Capital Cooling (could be wrong though).

I have a feeling Lidl & Aldi have their own in-house team.
