need some help about BS190 SL200 SL300

i need some help if u can plz. i m thermo king technician in al saif transport ksa. i m facing some problems .i m very thank full to u if u can help me. we have sb190 and sl200 sl300 unites. problems is this. when we adjust temp on 0 r negative 15 the unit didnot shut down when temp reach 0 or negative15 .unit still running even temp gone to negative 22.but when we adjust temp on 5 unit become shutdown when temp reached on 5.above 1 temp unit work properly but when we adjust temp in 0 or negative unit did not work properly.what i do plz guide me.inside the cargo cantaner ther is 2 sensor 0042 6H & 0032 6. do u tell me which sensor control the unit temp and which one stop the unite when unit reach on fix temp. plz
