    Check the seals and keep the doors closed.

    Check temperature control and if defrost checks drains parameters etc,also what temperature products are being loaded at.

    Freezer glass doors usually have heaters fitted, check if you have electric cable into door. If you have, check power supply, voltage usually on a label on the door frame, could be a fuse blown?

    Hello every body..long time no see..
    i want ask about dew test..i have 2 test condition :

    1. Ambient temp 25 & RH 90%
    2. Ambient temp 32 & RH 90%

    which one will make condensation happened faster ??

    If I understand the question correctly, that would be #2. It contains more moisture and condensation would occur at a higher temperature (higher dewpoint).
