VRF 2 units not working

Hi I'm new to bought this forum and to the industry. Just over 2 years now and try my best to learn from the big boys . Service , instal and commissions on small units so far but I always keep my ears open when it come to VRV VRF. So I wonder if anyone can help advice. Pls note I will not attend any modification as I not yet done my corse ( I wil do it next month)
So this is the system new install and all work fine till recently
Toshiba VRF MMY-MAP80 two outdoor ( header follower)
Indoor 10 slim duct ( some individual wire controls )
Flow box 8 ( bs box )

2 indoor not cooling/heating ( fan working, pipe room temperature suction/liquid)
No error codes on OU or IU
OU Recognise all units (10)
2core cable ( yy 1mm)from unit to bs check for continuity it's good ( I been told)
2 pcb indoor replace as we have spare
the voltage out from bs box com-Svd it's good
Interface? I don't know
Restart was done
Correct procedures were made before /after replacing the pcb ( disconnected the I manager connector OU) , re enter all values, and the addresses (IU)


Can you suggest anything

Had something similar on a dakin vrv3 on two ceiling cassettes , both the electronic expansion valves had packed in, at the same time
