    Refigirants with low running cost



    Well just figuring our what could be R22 replacements with low running cost.
    I know 404 or 507 produces the best capacity but also have high pressure.
    Evaporating temps are -5C and sucting return is 0C.

    is it a freezer, hvac, chiller, heatpump?
    edit: a med cold room? capacity size?

    Making ice slush for thermal storage..I have a super chilled mechanical screw like a meat grinder...water is pushed from one side and the screw pushes out ice from the other..
