Carrier xarios problem

Xarios 600 mt. Originally the fault was unit not switching on. Found a fault with the controller loom so replaced it. Now the unit shows init but then goes off and just restarts with init. Its not either of the processors or the controller. Tried them off another unit and still does the same. Battery and ignition feed are fine and it does the same on electric as well. Just in the process of peeling all the conduit off to check every wire. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Cheers

When you say you replaced the cable between in cab and processor/micro you have to open micro to plug it in,did you do that?

Check the pins on the plug into the micro,

the loom is new and tried a micro as well. Got to it this morning and now all the fans are running when the cab lights up with "init"

Hard to believe but I have got one doing the same today,going to see it again tomorrow but mine shows init intermittently.
