    is this kind of heat pump feasible



    We manufacture evaporative condenser chiller ,in winter it need electricity heating if customer require.
    If change the chiller to heating mode the evaporative condenser should be used as evaporator,the surface is not enough. Backup extra surface seems not a wise method. Could you give me some ideas? thanks in advance

    Free cooling is wiser than heating for cooling.
