    removing oil from a system



    Hello Sirs.
    I am trying to find all the best possible ways with regard to removing contaminated oil from a refrigeration system.
    I am bound to making a presentation for my colleagues.
    Does any of you have available material?

    Its impossible to clean the system if you don't take it apart.
    Parts like receiver, liquid accumulator, oil separator should be disconnected and wash separately, evaporator and condenser too.
    Compressor is the easiest, open the back [semi hermetic] or put it on the side so the intake is at the lowest point and leave to drip over night.

    What about using recovery/recycle machine?
    I used to remove oil from systems through that machine?

    No, i have asked the agents about it at the trade show but could not get any sense out of them.

    Nando is working fine, this principle works well!
    But even though he developed his station a little before me, and for a long time on the market, I would station a little modified, it is not effective enough in my opinion.
    Maybe impedes him European legislation.

    I could, but I will not.
