    Picture is not sharp enough but it looks like old Omron controller.

    I've seen them before, but can't for the life of me remember the name.

    what does the text on the bottom left say? (on the green line)

    It should be the name of the manufacturer and model No.

    Sorry guys the picture is a bit ropey!
    I have blown up the few I have and have something like TH SUD CH102 or TL500 CH102?
    The left hand five digits are distorted.
