Unable to "Add Link" - mismatched permissions: can_add_link/can_upload_files/can_link_files.

Re: sticky for manual links
There's nothing on my screen that shows where to add a link.
It all appears to be read only.
I'm operating IE version 6.0.2900.2180 etc....
I do have quite a bit of useful things that could be added, mainly UK and European legislation links.... boring old stuff, but essential.
Question for Dez, though, how do you stand reproducing or storing 3 rd party copyright material on your site?

Re: sticky for manual links
I will have a look at, it might have broken when I upgraded.
We are not storing 3rd party material, we are promoting them as they have it free issue on the world wide web

I did try to remove one copy but no chance (maybe I do not know how) and you are only two cliks away, hope so...
