Daikin indoor

Can anyone help me with locking out an indoor unit on a 2 pipe Daikin VRV111 system?
I have a problem with 1 of the indoor units not communicating due to faulty pcb but cant find a way to run the other 6 units while awaiting new pcb.

you need to disconnect the unit from the system and then run short wiring test

Sounds good and thanks. How would i go about that? I tried switching of at local isolator and run a system reset from outdoor unit. Remember doing this years ago and it working but may have been Tosh system.

disconnect the f1 f2 from indoor unit the short wiring test is from out door unit you can down load free daikin app to your phone that tells you how to push the buttons to start the test

Got the app. Is it the short test mode that takes around45 mins you are refering to?

yes that's the one just remove the wires from the unit and connect into terminal blocks sothe coms bypasses the unit then run the test
