Daikin vrv drop in refrigerant

Hi all, I need to keep an old daikin 2 pipe r22 vrv system running for the summer its lost its charge would r417a be ok for this as a straight drop in, ie no oil change etc, once I've identified and repaired leaks, thanks in advance for any help.

We have changed a few daikin systems to r422d and they seem to be running fine. Changed the oil to Poe as well and the compressors sound really quiet now. Haven't used r417a yet but I assume if the pressure temperature relationship is close to r22 it would be ok?
