Overtime included in holiday pay?
Heard from a few fellow engineers that holiday pay is now to include overtime worked out at a twelve week average in the weeks before your holidays. Anyone else heard of this?.

I don't get paid that way but it would definitely be nice!

I currently am not paid that way either, but if it's coming I won't be complaining.

Re: Overtime included in holiday pay?
does this also mean that if you are on short Hours or off sick.
You get an average of the reduced pay?
It is rare more is offered without a clause?

Re: Overtime included in holiday pay?
I mentioned it to the hr department in my last company, I worked out 520 odd hours of ot in the year..I asked for a extra week! she just laughed at me.
I don't think many company's will go down that road unit if/when it's law, but they will just recoupe it back another way.
