Trane RTHC Alarm Capacity Limited by High Current

Compressor starts nameplate RLA 142 amps drawing 155 152 154 amps Compressor shuts off alarm Voltages 483 480 481 ohmed all CT's 35 ohms all good. Is the slide valve possibly stuck ?????
