Carrier 30AX help needed

Hi Guys,

i have this weird alarm "low economizer pressure", after runing the compressor 5 minutes the economizer pressure is dumping less then the suction pressure by 15 psi and then the alarm is set. I replace the EXV valves and the dryer elements... nothing helps.

I have enough gas in the system since the suction pressure is by the book.

i also have a problem that the compressor is not realy loading to full capacity, the controler shows that the compressor is loading but the pressures and the amps remain the same...Oil pressure is fine so i am clueless

can anyone help?

Welcome to the forum!
If you mean a 30 XA then your fault is either.
Faulty transducer or High Pressure Switch or Low/Restricted Condenser Flow!

Given that it is not loading correctly I would check the transducer first.

lugtar checaria first economizer the transducer is not damaged.
revised second solenoid compressor if they are energizing.

reviews all sensors especially the environment
