    Recommissioning ac system

    Hi guys

I am looking for advice in re commisioning an industrial ac unit. The system has been emptyied and not been in use for 10 year. What process is the best way to go about bringing it back into service?

When is it needed to be chemically cleaned?

    Thanks in advance
    Fessy

Before you go any further down this road, what refrigerant is this system designed to operate on?
    What is its history?

Personally I doubt that it will be financially viable to bring a 10 + year old system back in to life, too many things has
happened since this system were designed, both in terms of R&D and legislation.

An easy task for someone who is f-gas registered.
From your questions I assume that you are not f-gas registered?

it will probably need more than a leak test oil and gas if it has been empty for that amount of time
