xweb 500 solving the data
hi all,
we are using Dixell Xweb 500 to collect data of our refrigeration system but about two weeks ago it keep rebootbing and now we can't log in into it. it says loading from 1% to 100% but when it reaches 100%, it restart again.
We already ordered new one. For us the biggest problem is the data which are saved on the machine. Did someone have the same problem and maybe solved the data, or have any ideas how to do it???

A Dixell XWEB Emergency restore is probably the only to try and fix this issue without losing data. I can give you documents on how to do this, but you will need Dixell daily password (Dixell UK should be able to help with this).
Any issues, let me know....I was Dixell programmer in Australia for 4 years and did this procedure frequently.
Future ref - Good practice when installing XWEB is to put a formatted USB into the USB port - this will automatically save data as a backup.
