    Climaveneta Heat pump - Carel alarm



    Can anybody help me solve problem with alarm for Climaveneta heat pump ?

    The model is Climaveneta / MICS-N 0152 - 40 KW

    The machine use controller - Carel Microchiller 2 and when i run it it show alarm A1 (low ambient temperature)

    I set up Antifreeze set point to -10 degree and but again it happen

    The machine use electronic expansion valve Carel

    A1 freeze protect, check pumps,strainer, system has water/glycol in, turn it off and test resistance on sensors to see if theyre all reading similar resistances at ambient temp
