Basic Charging Procedure
Hello Guys,
I am new to this field.
Can Anyone give me Detail procedure on how to vaccum
(How much Psig of vaccum etc ) and how to charge my
Freezer Bitzer Type VI ***** R 22 System ?

Call your local Fridgy to sort it out for you.

I think the point of the reply was that to buy all of the equipment that you need, vacuum pump, pump oil, manifold set, Torr guage, weighing scales, thermometer and probes, p/t comparator, refrigerant, electric amp meter, PPE equipment etc that is probably cheaper, as well as safer, for you to employ a professional.

What are your definition on vacuum?
Procedure, make sure before you vacuum any system. Make sure no leak presence from the system. During vacuum process, allow vacuum pump oil change at least every 3 hours. Get a vak check to measure the micron level and value. Hold vacuum at least 6 hrs to monitor the changes that takes place. If the micron value maintain and hold, break vacuum.

Vacuum to a minimal of 100Microns, 50 is better.
