    Mitsubishi Electric PAR27 and PAR31

    Hi,

Does anyone know why Mitsubishi stopped producing MNET controllers (PAR27)? Now all they supply for City Multi is the PAR31 which like the old PAR21 controllers require wiring/daisy chaining between multiple units, rather than using the address logic on the MNET. I found the PAR27 to be a much better design and a very useful maintenance tool too, still keep a couple in the van for this reason.

Yeah, this is quite an expensive controller with a built in PIR, touch screen etc though. I wish they'd do the PAR31 in ME form. I've not used a PARU02 yet, can you interrogate a system as well as the PAR27?
