problem in 404a cycle

i'm working on cascade system
i built the mechanical system?
for more details about my cascade
( --hight stage : 3/4 hp 404a comp - 3 meters cap tube , low stage 1/3 hp r508b comp-- ,i want to reach -70 c )
my problem is in the hight stage : i want to reach -30 , but tell now the max temp is -15
