Question Mitsubishi City Multi Flooded Compressor

    New to this sight.

Anyways we have a system we installed 1 year ago. Along with 12 other R2 systems. We always had problems with VRVC-9 its 2 PURY-P144YKMU-A twinned together. We'd have low hurts, poor performance rooms not reaching set temp. Our Connected capacity is 93% of 288. OC would not run alone if OS was powered off. If we would De-energize and Re-energize the OC'S system would ramp up and keep up with the load. Until load was satisfied system would ramp down and peter around 16 to 30 hurts. with no errors. Finally got an error code 4250 detail 101. Our remedy was compressor was filled with liquid. Heated compressor and OS took off. This has happen on and off for the last few nights. System is 25% cool with 75% heat. Also noticed accumulator was complete frosted on OS and none of OC. And only OS has showed error 4250. We have checked our charge in the system. Coils and filters are clean. We have refreshed the OC'S , BC, and IC's by removing power and mnet. Also have checked our standing pressures with a manifold gauge compared to the mnet tool.

    any ideas would help

    thanks

    Brent
