Aux asw-h12a4 interior unit fan motor yyk19-4

Hi, I am new to your forum.

I have a AUX ASW-H12A4/SAR1DI wall mounted split heat pump.

Recently the internal unit fan motor failed (stalled with a loud buzzing sound and overheated).
I have replaced the fan motor (YYK19-4) twice but the motor only last for about 20 hours before the same thing happens. The fan itself seems to rotate fairly freely and I have cleaned and oiled the fan bearing.Could it be a problem with the PCB or transformer?

I would be very grateful for any advice on how to diagnose the problem.

Could anyone also advise on where I can purchase any spare parts for the unit. I have downloaded the technical manual but it doesn't seem to include part numbers.
