LG Int Fan Motor

Hi all.

It must my time for electrical problems.

LG AS-C0964DMO. Interior fan motor does not run unless spun manually. It'll run all day once it's spun-up.

My guess is that it's the fan motor cap. My question; is the cap integral in the motor, external to the motor, or on the PCB?

Thanks IM. I guessed it was an AC motor. I'm also guessing that the cap is something in the order of 2.5uF.
