Chiller Design
Hello,
I'd like to ask for help on the design of a chiller.
I have a pasteuriser-chiller system requirement, for the chiller side, I need to put down the temperature from 95degC (203 F) to 4 degC (39.2 F). Ambient temperature is 25-30 degC (77-86 F).
The flow rate of the juice I need to cool down is only 5 Liters/min or 300 liters/hr.

contact local Alfa Laval agent and use a re-stackable plate heat exchanger, refrigeration load nominal 35 Kws
