Please help identify this air conditioner

Was hoping if anyone here can identify what brand of air conditioner might be running from just these pictures of the air con panel.

All I know is that it is a ducted air con system, unfortunately there is no way of looking at the external unit as it is in a shopping complex and we have no access.

The actual problem we have is that the temperature seems to be locked within the range of 20.5 – 24.5 degrees. I'm hoping to find the brand and manual for the unit to see if this is a limitation of the unit or if there is a lock in place that can be reset.

Shopping complex? Centre Management has access to contractors phone numbers. Report your complaint to them and they have to pass it on.
