Reviving old daikin 8kw r22 inverter

Hi guys, I've pulled out a daikin ac that was in working order before a circular saw was put through the pipework by accident during a Reno...
I walked the owner through closing off the service valves so the outdoor unit didn't get any debris lodged in it.
It has absolutely no gas. I happen to have a ready supply of reclaimed r22.
My question is, should I replace/top up the compressor oil?
The unit was running fine up until the day it was forcibly degassed.
Obviously I have the means to weigh in the correct charge, being inverter, it must be weighed in...

    Cheers guys

If the valves were closed soon after the pipes were cut then it should be OK.

Very little oil would have been lost.
