Marks and Spencer's

Who looks after the refrigeration for marks and Spencer's and also are any of there engineers on here? Just got a few questions to ask

Fair enough it's more of a general enquiry for supermarket engineers as I have just started for a controls company that look after the big supermarkets and was wondering what the engineers would like to have in future controls ie easier user face etc..

Can we have a mobile controls on our pda's so when we check on a store if we get a call at 2am just incase its just a cold room door left open.
