Carrier 30RA/Ry aircooled chiller

Client has a Carrier 30RA/RY with pro-logic plus control. 2 circuit system, 2 comp circuit A and 3 Comp Circuit B

Is there a way to program controller for compressor start sequence or Circuit start sequence or is this only done by the controller using its compressor run time logic?

Circuit sequence only I'm afraid go into configuration menu then user menu try pass =11 or 88. Unit must be in local off when you configure.
Circuit loading sequence will be set as 1 = auto. 2 = A lead. 3 = B lead.
